Time to start dusting down the Brian Clough book on Man Management and re-watching the DVD of Manchester United's treble winning season.... the 2011/12 Fantasy Football Season is upon us!!
To register your team... go to http://fantasy.premierleague.com and you've got just under two weeks to complete your team ready for the first matches.
Like last year you need to pick 15 players of which 11 will be in your 1st XI with the remaining three four subbing in if one of those players doesnt play in that particular game week.
Reasons why you should consider playing...
1) A bit of friendly competitive banter
2) Possible prizes... at the very least i'll be sending monthly emails to all involved to award the latest manager of the month prizes but i'm thinking there could be further incentive for a strong performance... I'll be pondering this over next few weeks but remember... you need to be in it, to win it!

Having registered a team, if you click on leagues and the Join a League, you will be asked for a code...

Why the two leagues I hear you say?
Your same team can compete in different leagues. One of them is a classic accumulation of points, whilst the second pitches you against a different team each week in a league format, getting 3 points for a win, if you score more points etc.
